Wastewater Collection System Operator 1

Level 1 course examines supervisory concepts, including supervisor functions, leadership styles, conflict resolution, decision-making
, and motivation. The course also provides a technical review of the concepts introduced in the 3 and 2 courses.
Water Distribution System Operator 1
(DW/DS02014027, 3.0 CEU’s)
The Level 1 course, the most advanced course for water distribution system operators, examines supervisory concepts, including supervisor functions, leadership styles, conflict resolution, decision making, and motivation. The course also provides a technical review of the concepts introduced in the Level 3 and 2 courses, to best prepare the student to pass the Florida Level 1 exam.
Books
are included with tuition for both courses.
All receipts, confirmations, scores, and certificates will be sent via email. If you register using a utility email address, please ensure that your IT department permits emails from both Club Express and Virtual Badge.
After registering online, Wastewater Collection 1 students will receive course applications via email from the FWPCOA training office. If the email is not received, please contact fwpcoa@gmail.com without delay. To prevent any hold-ups in obtaining your course results and/or certification, make sure to complete and submit the application with the required payment before the start of the class. No other paperwork is needed for the Water Distribution 1 course.
