BOOK YOUR HOTEL ROOMS RIGHT AWAY:
We've had to change plans regarding the upcoming January board meeting. Our original plan was to hold it in Manatee County. Unfortunately, we couldn't secure a location there, so we moved it to Plant City. Due to the late change, I was unable to reserve a suitable block of rooms in that area. I've called around; rooms are available, but reservations need to be made as soon as possible. Murf recommended the two hotels below, as they are close to his utility, which is hosting our meetings. I've also included a link to other hotels in the area if you choose to stay elsewhere. Again, please make your reservations as soon as possible.

ALL DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, COMMITTEE CHAIRS, AND GUESTS PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING TO THE MEETING:
1. IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY POSTED IT, A WRITTEN ACTIVITIES REPORT USING STANDARD FORMAT FOUND IN THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL
2. 20 COPIES OF ANY DOCUMENT YOU WISH TO DISTRIBUTE
3. YOUR COPY OF THE BY-LAWS AND THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL
4. YOUR REGION’S CONSENSUS ON ALL ISSUES BEFORE THE FW&PCOA
