Today March 28, 2025 is my last day as a Treatment Plant Operator
Although I am not leaving Region XII, I am
Making room for the young bucks and doe's of
Our industry to achieve greatness!
My final ovation to my coworkers and colleagues!
After 40-years of the good times and bad, the happy and sad,
I’ve grown as a man and also a Dad!
And learned that this trade will always pay out,
Through recession or epidemic, or even a drought!
I’ve seen workers who achieve and others Bye-bye,
But the saddest are the ones that never ever try!
I say, “Give it your all and you’ll never be sorry,
If it’s what you want, stay with it don’t worry!”
Thank God every day, remember to pray,
And wait patiently for the best day, Paycheck Friday!
