A CEU Provider is an entity appointed by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection to approve courses submitted by sponsors. Their role is to ensure that the program planning content, organization and implementation comply with the criteria specified below. Providers must submit their qualifications to the Department and obtain Department approval before approving any application for continuing education. The FWPCOA is an approved FDEP Provider. As such, it is the CEU Committee's responsibility to review and certify all CEU Sponsor applications for approved curriculum content, instructor qualifications and CEU credit.
